Welcome to BlueArc Apps. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile applications developed by BlueArc Apps, including Analog Mix, Cakepan Scale, Chat Memoria Pro, Docusnap, Shield Snap, and NightShift Nurse (collectively, the “Apps”), as well as our website bluearcapps.com.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Apps.

2. License Grant

BlueArc Apps grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-commercial license to use the software provided to you as part of the Apps. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Apps, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some of our Apps offer premium features through one-time in-app purchases or subscriptions (“Premium Features”).

  • Billing: All payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. BlueArc Apps does not collect or store your credit card information.
  • Refunds: Refund requests are governed by the policies of the respective app stores. Please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly for refund inquiries.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties (Medical & Safety)

NightShift Nurse: The fatigue calculation and burnout prevention features in NightShift Nurse are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical concerns.

CakePan Scale & Analog Mix: The mathematical calculations provided by these utility apps are provided “as is”. While we strive for absolute accuracy, BlueArc Apps is not liable for wasted materials, ruined recipes, or incorrect paint mixes.

5. User Responsibilities (AI & Anonymization)

Shield Snap & DocuSnap: These apps provide on-device AI tools to blur faces, license plates, and sensitive texts. However, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that any photo you export, share, or publish complies with local privacy laws (including GDPR). BlueArc Apps cannot be held liable if the AI fails to detect a face or sensitive data.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data (primarily through our strict Offline-First philosophy). By using the Apps, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of this page or through an in-app notification. Your continued use of the Apps constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
